Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals fluent in Tagalog for the position of Tagalog/Local Chat/Email Support (Tagalog Account) Non-voice Local. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat and email channels.
Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position does not involve voice support, but excellent written communication skills are a must.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong command of the Tagalog language, as well as good English communication skills. Previous customer service experience in a non-voice support role is preferred. Additionally, you should be computer literate, able to multitask, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
