Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
  • High School Graduates are accepted
  • Candidates need to be conversant in the English language.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to call questions and complaints using usual scripts and procedures
  • Gather information, research/resolve queries, and log customer calls
  • Communicate relevant alternatives for completion in a timely fashion
  • Inform clients about expert services to choose from and determine customer requirements
  • Provide purposeful instruction, teaching, and help to lower-level employees
  • Provide guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees

Salary:

Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
