Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account setup, management, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver high-quality customer service.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable.
