Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a Taiwanese Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our in-person, full-time team. The successful candidate will communicate with customers in Mandarin via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate product, policy, and order support; process returns; document interactions in CRM; collaborate on complex issues; and recommend process improvements.
- Requirements: fluency in Mandarin and English, minimum 1 year BPO/customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, CRM proficiency, strong problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work shifts.
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent (customer service certifications preferred).
- Compensation: up to Php70,00/month.
