Job Description
Within CALABARZON and NCR
Qualifications:
Required:
1. 3+ years experience as a Civil Engineer or Architect in metal framing or related fields.
2. Knowledge in structural framing, reading construction drawings, and takeoff software.
3. Strong mathematical skills for material quantity calculations.
4. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Optional:
1. License in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Responsibilities:
1. Review project requirements and scope.
2. Calculate materials for metal framing projects.
3. Collaborate with teams for project alignment.
4. Maintain records of takeoff calculations.
5. Utilize industry-specific software for blueprint takeoff.
Job Type: Full-time
