Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting the best candidates to meet our company’s hiring needs. Your primary role will be to source, screen, and interview potential candidates, while also building and maintaining relationships with job boards, universities, and other talent sources.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will also conduct interviews, run background checks, and coordinate the entire recruiting process.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can effectively evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
