- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Manage sourcing recruitment processes across multiple business units.
- Create Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align strategies with company goals.
- Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist.
- Proficient in various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques.
