Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening potential candidates for job vacancies within an organization. They work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position and develop strategies to find the best-fit candidates.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing various recruitment platforms to source potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Assisting in the negotiation and preparation of job offers
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.
