Job Description
Delve Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This full-time, remote position operates from 10:45 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with candidates, maintaining accurate records, and enhancing outreach strategies in a B2B environment.
Ideal candidates will possess professional experience in related fields, strong written communication, and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with platforms like Monday.com is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of Php20,00 – Php40,00 per month, opportunities for promotion, paid training, and a work-from-home setup.
