Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications to determine their fit for various positions within the company. You will also be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
