Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, identify potential candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and manage the overall recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
