Job Description
To provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in onboarding and offboarding of talents. Responsible in coordinating near-hire applicants for submission and completion of medical and pre-employment requirements. The role ensures completeness of necessary employment forms and records management of employee data.
- Ensure the completeness of onboarding requirements and documentation for processing of compensation and benefits.
- Ensure timely coordination with employee and respective Departments for the completion of clearance for the processing of final pay by Payroll team.
- Support in the increase of potential talent for interview for talent pooling.
- Submit reports on completion of onboarding requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,800.00 – Php18,800.00 per month

- 8-hour shift

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
