Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate is essential for filling open positions and ensuring businesses have the staff they need. Their duties include creating and posting job descriptions, reviewing and analyzing resumes, and contacting potential candidates to schedule interviews.
- Communicating with Hiring Managers to decide on qualifications for positions.
- Sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of channels, including job fairs, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
- Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
Qualifications:
- Has a diploma in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to fill positions.
- Understanding of the products or services the business provides and the industry the company works in.
- Familiarity with social media and other recruitment platforms.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws.
