Job Description
Peso Resources Development Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, in our Davao office.
Core Skills: Strong headhunting abilities and flexibility are essential.
Qualifications: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
The candidate will utilize various sources to identify applicants, review profiles, conduct interviews, and ensure pre-employment requirements are met. Familiarity with government statutory requirements is a plus.
Location: Second Floor, L&B VA Building, CM Recto St, Davao City.
