Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Associate to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role involves identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates to fulfill our staffing needs.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, proactively identify future hiring requirements, and utilize various sourcing methods.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 months experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO setup.
- Proactive, team player, and eager for personal growth.
- Willing to work onsite in The Curve, BGC, Taguig City.
- Open to fixed-term employment for 5 months.
