Job Description

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support and customer service throughout the recruiting process as well as conduct webcam interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach to prospective Physicians via telephone, text, and email
• Conduct webcam interviews for various roles
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in qualifying candidates and coordinate interviews for hiring managers

Requirements:

• This is a REMOTE position
• Entry-level experience in healthcare administration preferred
• Possess a positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Phenomenal organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with change and ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Microsoft Office proficiency
