Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and improve Resourcing, Onboarding, and Retention at DHL Supply Chain
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to enhance acquisition and workforce planning
- Lead development of acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Advise on hiring processes, candidate management, and employee engagement
- Design creative recruitment strategies to boost company brand
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- At least 3 years leading recruitment teams
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and software skills
