Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role in a BPO setting.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Proficient in posting jobs on social media networks.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment tools.
- Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethics and ability to work individually or in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
