Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment and hiring process within the organization. They work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and effectively attract and retain top-tier candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine job requirements and desired qualifications
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinating and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
