Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles in a BPO setting.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
- Proficiency in posting jobs on social media.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate a team, and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail, work ethics, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
