Job Description
Recruitment and Selection:
- Meet with Human Resources to understand hiring needs
- Prepare job ads and source qualified candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews and administer exams
- Coordinate hiring activities with departments
- Check submission of pre-employment requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Other HR-related tasks:
- Answer HR-related queries
- Monitor leaves
- Create 201 files and perform clerical functions
- Perform HR administration tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Additional leave
- Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- HR Officer: 5 years (Required)
