Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s growth by identifying and attracting top talent for various job positions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding hiring managers throughout the selection process. Additionally, you will actively promote our employer brand to attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Furthermore, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Your ability to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth will be key in selecting the best individuals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
