Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
Your duties will include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process. You will also be involved in building relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a talent pipeline.
