Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing numerous sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Under the supervision of the Recruitment Supervisor/Manager, you will be doing the day-to-day recruitment function and duties related to but not limited to the following tasks: Job Analysis, Sourcing & Profiling, Screening, and Selection, Documentation & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, conducting job offers, updating reports, and escorting candidates to interviews.
- Update reports on a real-time basis.
- Complete ad-hoc projects for process improvement.
- Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and generate leads through external resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of recruitment experience in a BPO setup.
- Proficient in G-Suite & MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Social media savvy.
