Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace. Experience in a high-volume environment is essential, along with excellent English communication skills.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing resumes, screening applicants, managing interview schedules, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers. Previous experience in nursing recruitment or working in a Talent Acquisition Department is preferred.
This is a full-time position, offering paid training, an 8-hour shift schedule, and supplemental pay including a 13th month salary and overtime pay.
