Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and acquiring talented individuals for an organization. They play a critical role in the recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts high-quality candidates to meet its staffing needs.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment activities, and industry events
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and devise suitable recruitment plans
