Job Description
DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our training programs and develop our employees’ skills. The ideal candidate will identify training needs, build annual programs, deliver training courses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent, with proven experience in the full training cycle.
