Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and attracting the best talent for our organization. You will be responsible for assessing candidates’ qualifications, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top candidates. Additionally, you will utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to reach potential candidates.
In this role, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
