- Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Creating compelling job descriptions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates.
- Screening and Evaluation: Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Employer Branding: Contributing to organization’s employer brand.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Understanding staffing needs.
