Job Description
Inno Spire Outsourcing and General Services is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful applicant will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions within the organization.
Job Descriptions:
- Facilitate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and screen qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and prepare job offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- College graduate in Management or related fields.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
