Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a company. They work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Creating and posting job ads on various platforms
- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Sourcing candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Evaluating candidates’ qualifications and making hiring recommendations
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
