Job Description
New York Family Dental is a growing dental practice committed to state-of-the-art dentistry and personalized, patient-centered care in the US. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts.
Duties: Collaborate with managers, manage ATS, source candidates, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience, understanding of selection processes, proficiency in job portals and ATS, excellent communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency.
