Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Hiring Manager, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate assessments.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, a solid understanding of recruitment processes, and exemplary communication skills are essential.
