- Screen and process candidates, update Hiring Manager.
- Coordinate assessments, schedule interviews.
- Drive recruitment process improvement.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years recruitment experience.
- Proficient in job portals and sourcing channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with exceptional time management.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, ATS experience.
