JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Specialist will do end-to-end quality recruitment to help our team scale faster.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, and interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
- Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
- Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1-year recruitment experience; preferably in a BPO setting.
- Must have experience reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
