Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for delivering candidates to meet PCPPI’s staffing objectives based on the Recruitment Plan. Responsibilities include generating, building, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years of recruitment experience in a shared service environment.
- Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple search requirements.
