Job Description
SiBS is urgently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We welcome fresh graduates and those with experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing applicants. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure positive candidate experiences.
