Job Description
Terry SA Inc is on the lookout for a committed HR Associate – Talent Acquisition to enhance our recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate hiring activities, manage candidate communications, and ensure smooth operations within our talent acquisition team. Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the complete recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate interactions.
- Update and maintain our applicant tracking systems and job postings.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of HR experience.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
