Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Staffing), you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent to fill our US-based positions. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies and evaluating their skills and experience. Additionally, you will manage the entire recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, administering tests and assessments, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on US staffing.
- Familiarity with US recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
