Valor seeks a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Eastwood for a hybrid day-shift role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment: prepare job postings, source candidates via job boards, social media and networking, screen applications, coordinate candidate endorsements, negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding. Required: bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field; minimum six months of full-cycle recruitment experience; strong sourcing and ATS skills; excellent communication and collaboration with Operations and HR; and proven organization and attention to detail to meet hiring timelines. Compensation up to Php25,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, potential for permanent placement, and partial work-from-home options.
