Job Description
The Person will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and Onboarding process. Plan interview and selection process from end to end approach. Builds strong top-level talent on pipelines and a comprehensive reporting structure for proper visibility and updates. Responsible for recruitment metrics, analytics, and reports.
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, and other related courses
- With solid 4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Experience in mass and corporate-level hiring
- Highly analytical and efficient in making reports
- Adept in MS Office application
