Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team in their recruitment efforts. This role involves coordinating and executing various tasks related to the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
The coordinator will also assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, as well as support the team in creating job postings and attracting qualified candidates. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this role, as the coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination is preferred.
