Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and overseeing the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for our organization.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers to candidates.
In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping our company’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance and coaching
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates
- Create and update job descriptions and job postings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
