Job Description
Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Talent Attraction Associate. This role is essential for providing support in the timely deployment of manpower across all project sites, ensuring quality direct project hires and skilled workers.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
- Experience with construction manpower, especially skilled workers, is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
