Job Description
Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Talent Attraction Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields, and possess 4-5 years of recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Manager in manpower deployment, ensuring quality hires, and implementing Talent Attraction strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work independently are required. Willingness to be assigned to Taguig is essential.
