Job Description
This position is responsible for managing employee timekeeping, assisting in compensation and benefits, and ensuring efficient payment processes at Swissotel Clark Philippines. The Talent & Culture Officer will help resolve discrepancies and ensure proper employee compensation.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Familiar with Mizzisoft system or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
