Job Description
Maintain good relations, open communication channels and/or industrial peace by promoting and building a positive relationship among Associates (employees), balance work and personal life, and productivity within the workforce.
Manage, conceptualize, and execute employee communication and engagement strategies and pro-active people culture and development; ensures that our employees remain satisfied and happy with our organization: Enable. Retain. Energize
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree focusing on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, Event Management, or other related areas.
Work Experiences:
- Extensive HR Supervisory or management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Employee Relation (non-unionized) and Staff Communication or Engagement Manager or similar HR role
- With HR Generalist background with end-to-end exposure to Training, Learning and Organization Development, Performance Management, Event Management
Other Competencies or Skill Set:
- Must be a strong attention to detail and experience writing in varying voices, channels, formats, etc.
- Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance
- Can demonstrate great business understanding, analytical and with real eye for detail
- Enjoy working in a hands-on environment and has genuine interest in understanding issues behind the numbers
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and able to influence and convince
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
