Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Talent Management Assistant at Content Lab Inc. As a Talent Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent management initiatives and ensuring the success of our organization.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Assisting with talent acquisition by posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and training.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assisting in developing and implementing employee training programs.
- Providing administrative support to the talent management team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in HR or talent management is a plus.
