Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Constantly communicate with inhouse talent/influencers regarding agreement matters.
- Deal, arrange, and ensure execution of campaigns by talents/influencers.
- Manage inhouse talents/influencers accounts.
- Analyze and monitor KOLs performance.
- Ensure deliverables meet company and brand standards.
- Provide monthly insight reports on KOL metrics.
- Process and track payments from brands to talents.
- Monitor negotiation costs for beneficial agreements.
- Determine scope of work and contract details with talents.
- Initiate campaigns with talents for increased engagement.
- Communicate with influencers and media agencies for a strong network.
- Create platform-specific content guides for engaging assets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with various talents preferred.
- Familiarity with digital campaigns and broad networks.
- Good English skills (oral and written preferred).
- Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced setting and willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
