Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Recruiter. As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates who align with our company’s values and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, evaluating candidate skills and qualifications, and making hiring recommendations to the hiring manager.
Additionally, you will collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs. You will also assist in crafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and attending industry events and career fairs to further expand our talent pool.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
